Hinckley, Allen & Snyder's Business Aviation Practice Group represents clients in all aspects of purchasing, selling, financing and operating business aircraft. What We Do
The mission of the Business Aviation Practice Group is to guide our clients through the maze of tax, regulatory, liability and practical requirements that affect and complicate the ownership and operation of business aircraft. We provide value-added counseling and service to our clients on a wide range of business aviation issues, including: the structuring of ownership and operation of business aircraft and fractional shares to comply with FAA regulatory, risk management planning concerns and objectives; leasing and finance; acquisitions and sales. We also formulate strategic solutions to all of your state and federal tax concerns. We recognize that business aircraft are used for personal travel and will work with you to accommodate such use without jeopardizing legitimate business deductions.
