At Hinckley, Allen & Snyder, LLP, we are experienced with the law and matters affecting commercial leasing transactions. We understand the effective negotiation of various clauses and provisions in a lease form are important to your business.  Hinckley, Allen & Snyder is involved in negotiating leases on an almost daily basis, negotiating hundreds of leases a year throughout New England and across the U.S., and can assist you with the negotiation of your leases so that the final document matches your business needs and expectations.  Our Real Estate Group is composed of 18 attorneys and 4 paralegals, which regularly negotiate all types of leases (office, retail, industrial, ground, and mixed use) from 2,000 square feet to over 300,000 square feet, whole and multi-building leases, and leasing portfolios with a single or multiple landlords.  We represent Fortune 500 clients, as well as a wide variety of small and mid-size clients in fields such as high-tech, bio-tech, manufacturing, construction, financial services, health care, education and national retailing.

Often lease practices of other law firms are directed primarily at the representation of landlords with only the occasional representation of tenants. By contrast, while we do represent several large landlords, we devote a great amount of time to representing corporate tenants and it is one of the primary specialties of our Real Estate Group’s practice. Our tenant leasing practice is designed to assist you with the negotiation of your lease in a way which adds value to the transaction, protects your business, and further advances your business objectives in a timely and efficient manner.
